There was a time I went deep into the spiritual path. And it genuinely shifted something in me.
But I noticed that even with that clarity — even with a sense of purpose and soul alignment — people (including me) were still stuck. Because psychological blocks don't care how spiritually evolved you are. If your subconscious mind doesn't support your soul's direction, you don't move. And when the mind and soul are misaligned, shifting your state — truly shifting it — becomes almost impossible. You can know the truth and still not live it.
So I went into psychology. Trained in it. Understood the subconscious patterns, the fears, the conditioning that quietly overrules every strategy and spiritual insight.
And then I saw the third layer. Founders who had done the inner work — genuinely — and were still not growing. Because some or all parts of their systems were broken. No clear go-to-market. No sales process. No operational structure. Soul and psychology sorted, but the business itself had no engine.

I have been an entrepreneur for over 25 years and spent six and a half years in advertising and marketing managing accounts like Star TV, ICICI Bank, Logitech, and Cartoon Network, among others. I hold a PGDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune and an M.Sc. in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
